Our Walk-In Clinic, located in Timberline Village, Suite 102, 801 Hilchey Road, is currently open Monday to Friday at 9am, and is closed weekends and holidays. The clinic will be closed permanently after November 17, 2023.
As we are currently experiencing a high volume of patient visits daily, please be aware that the clinic fills up quickly and may close at variable hours.
We do not book appointments at our walk in clinic. Services provided are on a "first come, first served basis". Patients presenting in person must register with the receptionist , and patients wishing a telephone consult can call 778-418-3888 to have their name added to the list. Please wear a mask if you have cold/flu symptoms to avoid infecting others. As we have limited seating, you may be given a beeper and asked to wait in your vehicle until it is time to see the physician.
AGAIN, be mindful of the fact that the clinic fills up quickly and accommodating everyone wishing to have a consult on any given day may not be possible. If you do have a family physician at another clinic, it is strongly recommended that you attend that clinic.
As this is a walk-in clinic, please limit what you wish to discuss with the physician to 1-2 issues to keep the clinic running efficiently and on time, thereby allowing other patients the opportunity to consult with the physician in a timely manner.
